STEP ONE: GET AN OLATHE PUBLIC LIBRARY E-CARD
Get an Olathe Public Library E-card (ages 16+) using this link
Take a photo of your new e-card number!
Now open that photo in your camera roll and write your PIN number on it!
Now, make that photo a favorite so you can find it easily later.
STEP TWO: REGISTER YOUR LIBBY ACCOUNTS WITH YOUR NEW E-CARD FOR E-BOOKS, E-MAGAZINES, AND AUDIOBOOKS
OPTION 1: libbyapp.com— You can read/listen on any device from this website
OPTION 2: Install the Libby app on your phone/tablet
For both options you will need to register your new account:
- Select Select “Johnson County/Olathe Public Library”
- Enter your new card number and pin
STEP THREE: FIND MATERIALS TO BORROW!
- Browse using menu- top left of main screen
- Filter results by type: ebook or audiobook
- Filter results by category: thriller, romance, etc
- Option: filter results to only titles available now (otherwise you will place a hold)
